Mudhole Eye Health Centre - Solar Power

A quite interesting project I supervised 2006 and 2007. After the construction of an eye health centre in Andhra Pradesh we installed a solar power system to secure electricity in this remote area. There was hardly any secure electricity in this area but a lot of sun! I almost forgot this roll.

    @neufotomacher Thanks for liking and comment. A quite innovative project in those times. The installing company could even control the functioning of the system from Germany and provide advice when things got wrong. Even though some panels and accumulators had to be exchanged in the meantime the system is still working today.
