Around the house - sunday morning walk.

Fed 5 loaded with an expired (1992) ORWO NP 20 80 Asa Film. Exposed with 50 Asa. Unfortunately there are problems with the curtain of the Camera leaving a shade and sometimes even a black bar at the left side of the photos. Partly I kept them in - in some of the shots (November walk in the forest during a foggy morning) this supports the spooky atmosphere. Most of the shots are done in the winterly area around my house. Film and the Jupiter 8 lens did their job well. Home processed in Rodinal 1+40 for 10 minutes agitated.

    Do you notice some speeds where the curtain slows more than others? Or a pattern? Every 6 shots or so gradually worse then gone? Seems like uneven tension or stretched bands. I dont know how the feds are but I've seen a similar problem I think on Kievs. But worse

    @mike1allison Many thanks for your visit and support. I am using the Fed 5C not often enough to notice a certain pattern. But sometimes almost 1/2 of the photo is covered, sometimes only a shade and some photos have no fault at all(for instance the shot with the demolished factory). But you may be right....Fed 5 bodies are cheaply available so time to replace.
