Here are some photos I took on the day the Government shut down. I rode my bike into work that day - we were required to come in and get our furlough notices, secure our work areas (whatever that means), and then go home.

    No one could enter national parks at all?

    @novotao That is correct. No one was allowed into the national parks throughout the United States during the government shutdown.
