What is the difference between buying the Lomo'Instant Automat and the Lomo'Instant Automat + Lens package?

If you buy the Lomo’Instant Automat you’ll get the camera with its built-in lens (60mm, 35mm equivalent). If you buy the Lomo’Instant Camera + Lens package you’ll get Wide-angle, Close-up and Fisheye lens attachments as well as the camera with its built-in lens.
